A from-scratch Zstandard codec in pure Common Lisp — no FFI, no libzstd. Reads .zst frames (raw/RLE/compressed, Huffman + FSE, LZ77, XXH64) and writes valid zstd; differential-tested byte-for-byte against libzstd.
